- 02.16.2010 - At Metef shotblasting machines by Tosca
- Tosca, a company based in Canegrate near Milan will exhibit its belt shot-blasting machines at Metef. They are characterized by rubber or steel chain continuous conveyor belts for the remixing of pieces under the action of a stream of grit from one or more centrifugal turbines. The potential load ranges from 50 to 3000 kg and the turbines range from 4 to 60 kW of power. The manual loading of pieces on smaller models occurs by means of a hydraulically operated tipping bucket. The unloading occurs automatically by reversing the direction of the conveyor belt.
