The admission fee is compulsory, non-discountable. It gives you right to be mentioned in the catalogue and to get one copy catalogue at your stand.
It is to be paid with the application form.
Exhibition Spaces will be at first allocated to those exhibitors, who have applied within  October 31, 2009. Applications that arrive by 30 April, 2009 will have a discount of 5 euro.

Means of payment are: cheque or bank transfer to be issued to Edimet Spa.

PARTICIPATION COSTS
Minimum area bookable: 16 sq.m. (we name it as module)
Every other stand is a multiple of a module.

Euro 153+ 20% VAT per sq.m. for a stand on an aisle*
Euro 161+ 20% VAT per sq.m. for a stand with two free sides*
Euro 168+ 20% VAT per sq.m. for a stand with three or more free sides*

* This cost includes the floor Space only, without any kind of fittings. This cost doesn’t include any of the services or supplies which the exhibitor utilises, as detailed in the General Rules art. 13,15,16,17 and 18.
