The admission fee is compulsory, non-discountable. It gives you right to be mentioned in the catalogue and to get one copy catalogue at your stand.
It is to be paid with the application form.
Exhibition Spaces will be at first allocated to those exhibitors, who have applied within October 31, 2011.
Applications that arrive by 14 May, 2010 will have a discount of 5 euro.
Means of payment are: cheque or bank transfer to be issued to Alfin-Edimet Spa.

* This cost includes the floor Space only, without any kind of fittings. This cost doesn’t include any of the services or supplies which the exhibitor utilises, as detailed in the General Rules art. 9, 10 and 13.
